Monthly, Weekly and Daily Booking views

Bookings are colour coded depending on their status e.g. Confirmed, No Contract, Deposit Due, On hold... Bookings can also be filtered to see a specific Client, Model or Artist's bookings for that month. Just click on a Booking to open the comprehensive Booking screen which includes Publicity Management, Booking financial's, revenue projections etc. Add and edit annexures, accommodation, support acts or promotion... Once the booking details are entered, click to send contracts, booking confirmations, worksheets via email. Signatures can be stored enabling you to send signed contracts via email.

Model details

The Model page shows contact and physical details, current bookings, outstanding commissions or any invoices or payments made to the Model..

Artist Details

The Artist Card File contains standard contact details and other information such as Drink Riders, Annexures, Stage Plots, Commission, promotion.

Click onto the SMS Symbol and type a message which will be sent immediately to the Models Mobile phone... Edit store and create Promotional templates.

Monthly Booking Reports

Easily create Monthly booking reports which can be filtered by Model/Artist, Venue, Client or status. AgencyEzy generates many reports and bookings can be sent to managers, artist's or models with the click of a button!

Email Rosters and Promotion

One of the major problems Agencies face is promoting their Artists/Models to potential purchasers. With this software, its as easy as clicking New roster and adding photo's individually or just clicking on a Category and press Import.

All the Agencies Artists/Models in that category will be inserted with a thumbnail image and a short description.
